Assuring quality in living assistance care requires a commitment to an ongoing process of needs assessment, monitoring, feedback, training and continuous improvement.  This process involves the management, staff, clients, their families and other allied health care professionals.


Getting Great Results is all about Teamwork 

We begin by reviewing your needs through discussions with involved family members.  When necessary, we consult with physician(s) of the care recipient, hospital discharge staff, social workers or nursing home staff. 
We can also provide services for extra support that may be needed in any of these settings as well.


Personalized "Plan for Care"

Next, working in conjunction with family, we develop an individualized "Plan for Care" program to manage your daily needs.  We match your needs to the best possible caregiver, bring them to your home and ask you to participate in the selection process.

After the caregiving companion has been selected and placed in your home, we continue our unique system of continued personalized contacts through telephone check-in and home visits by our directors and assessment coordinators.  Most important, we continually communicate with the caregiver who is providing care for you.
