Diverse and Qualified Caregivers

Our professional caregiving staff includes Home Health Aids(HHA's), Certified Nurse Assistants(CNA's), Licensed Vocational Nurses(LVN's) and Registered Nurses(RN's).  We also have some staff with specialized training and experience with support of clients with chronic respiratory conditions including 24/7 ventilator requirements as well as mental disabilities including dementia and Alzheimer's disease.  We verify all of their credentials and training certificates, review and verify their previous work references, conduct criminal background checks and verify their vehicle insurance coverage and their current DMV motor vehicle record. We conduct an ongoing program of continuing education and regular performance evaluations to assure compliance with company policies and best practices.
